By accessing or using Profile Rankings, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Profile Rankings provides a review management platform that enables businesses to collect, manage, and respond to customer reviews across multiple platforms.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Profile Rankings to collect reviews through deception, offer incentives for positive reviews, suppress negative reviews, or violate the terms of service of any third-party review platform.

5. Billing and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

6. Limitation of Liability

Profile Rankings' liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
